In 2026, Dayton and all of Ohio has 9 PDP or Medicare Part D plans (prescription drug coverage or Rx). This is down from nearly 30 options several years ago. All of them have a $2400 maximum, BUT there are exclusions. That maximum only applies to prescriptions on that plan (formulary) and it EXCLUDES the premium and other things (i.e. part B drugs, i.e. infusions, chemotherapy, immunosuppresives, et. al.).
